ITIL V3 Foundation Syllabus Review Questionnaires

Since its launch in June 2007, the ITIL v3 Foundation examination has been sat by over 25,000 students worldwide. In September 2007, the Foundation Bridge examination was made available to those who held an ITIL Foundation certificate from an earlier version and wished to update their knowledge.

The purpose of ITIL V3 Foundation Syllabus review is to ensure that the syllabus still meets the requirements of the various stakeholder groups and that the target group, which is its focus, is still appropriate.
