Since its launch in January 2009, the ITIL V3 Managing across the Lifecycle (MALC) examination has been sat by over 2,200 students worldwide. As part of APM Group's continual service improvement process, the review process for the ITIL V3 Managing across the Lifecycle (MALC) qualification began in January 2011.
As part of our stakeholder consultation, we created a number of surveys which we used to gather stakeholders' views. The surveys were targeting MALC students, their sponsors, ATOs and trainers, and were available in English, German and Japanese in April 2011.
Invitations to participate in these surveys were issued via individual Examination institutes (EIs) and by the Accreditor.
