Certified as ITIL practitioner back in 2000, Wilfred had engaged numerous customers of various industries in the space of IT service management and IT process re-engineering, helping his clients improving on the quality, efficiency and the governance of IT service delivery. Many of these engagements were in connection with changing business systems, organization and IT operating environment.
Wilfred is an active participant in the IT service management forum (itSMF). He is the Director of Communications and Publications of itSMF Hong Kong Chapter since 2004. He also represents the Hong Kong Chapter and serves as executive member of IPESC responsible for reviewing and endorsing ITSM related publications. He was on the Review Panel for a number of recent ITSM publications including the most recent ISO20000 Pocket Guide, Introduction to ITIL, and Metrics for IT Service Organization.
