Latin America ITSM Solution Strategist at CA Brazil (www.ca.com). itSMF International Director of Chapter Services. Co-founder and vice-president of itSMF Brazil (www.itsmf.com.br). With more then 15 years experience in the IT industry employed by companies such as Microsoft and Quint Wellington Redwood as a subject matter expert in IT Service Management. Joined CA a year and a half ago, since then had been involved on develop and disseminate ITSM solutions and products in Latin America.

As itSMF Brazil Vice-President, has been committed to the ITIL Refresh project as a member of the ITIL Advisory Group (IAG). Certified ITIL Service Manager and Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) Trainer assisted in develop course materials and delivered educational services worldwide. Also have been leading several ITSM projects in Americas (South, Central, Mexico, Canada, and USA), Portugal, South Africa and Australia.
