Pierre has also contributed to the creation / translation of the French ITIL terminology with itSMF, was a member of the international QA team for the translation of the Service Support and Service Delivery books to French, and was a member of the international QA team for the IT Governance - A pocket guide (COBIT 3.0 and 4.0). Finally Pierre is a co-author of the IPRC Booklet to be published by Van Haren Publishing.
