The ITIL qualifications scheme recognizes certifications which link and "add value" to ITIL Best Practices and the current certification portfolio. These certifications are recognized under the ITIL Complementary Qualifications Scheme.
This scheme allows any of the licensed Examination Institutes to submit a qualification for assessment and recognition, as long as it meets the following criteria:
Those qualifications which are endorsed will be awarded a credit value.
Candidates who successfully achieve recognized complementary certifications can then use the credits gained (up to a maximum of 6 credits total) from complementary certifications towards the ITIL Expert Level of certification.

This APMG-International qualification helps candidates understand how to prevent problems and resulting incidents from happening, eliminate recurring incidents and minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented within an IT service environment. Problem Analyst gives candidates the knowledge to manage, review and action problems in line with defined ITIL processes. A practical, role based certification for those who already have ITIL Foundation. |
