ITIL V3 Publication Updates

The Core OGC Titles within the ITIL V3 publications suite will soon undego some updates as part of the OGC's cyclical programme to update its core ITIL guidance in line with the latest developments in IT Service Management.

The result of this review and update will be a new edition to the guidance, but not a new version, as the framework itself will remain largely unchanged.

Scope of the Project

The ITIL Mandate for Change was published in September 2009, and specifies the need and the scope of the update.

Call for Participants

The Call for Participants (pdf) details the requirements for the authors and the reviewers and how to apply to become involved in the update.
