The extension to public availability of ITIL Manager Bridge in Japan has now also been extended to candidates in New Zealand to support their recovery from the earthquake earlier this year. The withdrawal date is now 31st December 2011 for both countries.
The resit period for the Service Manager has also now been extended for candidates in Japan and New Zealand only.

The public availability of ITIL V3 Manager Bridge in Japan has been extended to support their recovering IT industry that has been badly affected by the earthquake and tsunami last month. The withdrawal date is now 31st December 2011, and the extension applies to candidates sitting the Manager Bridge exam in Japan only.
