The Intellectual Property (IP) in and related to PRINCE2, MSP, M_o_R, ITIL, P3M3, P3O, MoP and MoV is owned by the Cabinet Office.
Intellectual Property IP includes trade marks (logos and word marks e.g. ITIL) and Crown copyright material (text, diagrams and tables from the official publications).
In order to use any Intellectual Property owned by the Cabinet Office a licence must be obtained. There are various alternatives available depending on the product or service within which you would like to use Cabinet Office Intellectual Property:
Please note, any organisation that is NOT correctly licensed is infringing Cabinet Office Intellectual Property and is therefore participating in IP crime. The unauthorised use of Intellectual Property is a civil and criminal offence and therefore all parties wishing to re-use it are encouraged to ensure they become licensed.
