Intellectual Property Infringement

The Intellectual Property (IP) in and related to PRINCE2®, MSP®, M_o_R®, ITIL®, P3M3™ and P3O® is owned by the OGC (Office of Government Commerce).

Intellectual Property IP includes trade marks (logos and word marks e.g. ITIL) and Crown copyright material (text, diagrams and tables from the official publications).

In order to use any Intellectual Property owned by OGC a licence must be obtained.  There are various alternatives available depending on the product or service within which you would like to use the OGC Intellectual Property:

Please note, any organisation that is NOT correctly licensed is infringing OGC's Intellectual Property and is therefore participating in IP crime. The unauthorised use of Intellectual Property is a civil and criminal offence and therefore all parties wishing to re-use it are encouraged to ensure they become licensed.

If you become aware of any organisation which you believe is not authorised or licensed to use the OGC Intellectual Property please report this to ogcinfringements@best-management-practice.com where it will be investigated.

Please do not buy any training services or other products/services from unaccredited and/or unlicensed organisations.
